Adding illustrations to S&S

I am adding the Hugh Thompson illustrations to the online edition of S&S. I’m afraid it is literary heresy, because I will be combining the text from one edition with the illustrations of another, but the illustrated edition at Project Gutenberg is already incomplete. I have admitted this sin in the notes that accompany the edition, which you read from the books page.
