New format for links and glossary

The links and references are already outgrowing their space, so I’ve created a new format for the Link/References pages, with subcategories for authors, blogs, calendar, contests, forums, locations/museums, references, societies, travel and videos. Whew! The Holmes’ links will soon get the same treatment. And the glossaries will soon break down to an alphabetical A-Z index for Holmes and Austen.

I am also removing the Google ads. They’re gone from the Austen links, and they will shortly disappear elsewhere. (Reached the limit when the Holmes glossary page had ads for pipefitters, because I mentioned Holmes Meerschaum pipe.)

PS Well, the Google ads might return. Now that I’ve categorized some of the links, like travel, the ads might be more targeted.
