The Regency Redingote is not Austen obsessed, it’s Regency obsessed with a nod to Austen and Georgette Heyer. “I focus primarily on the social and cultural history of life in Regency England, particularly those esoteric topics which are ignored by historians of the ‘big issues’ of history.” (A redingote, which I did not know until I Googled it, is a Regency riding coat, for men and women.)
