Is Debrett’s Canon?

It’s a silly thing, but I’ve always though Debrett’s Peerage is mentioned by name in the Holmes Canon, but I can’t actually find a reference. I searched through Project Gutenberg’s online library, which admittedly doesn’t include the Case Book, so it might be mentioned there.
