A birthday present from Jim, published in 1994. It has some of those strange early parodies, like Picklock Holes and from authors like Vincent Starret, Fritz Leiber and August Derleth. It starts with introductions written for various editions by Frederic Dorr Steele (who illustrated many of the stories) and Dr. Joseph Bell, Doyle’s inspiration for Holmes.
