Pardon my absence

Pardon my absence, but I have a little crisis with my book Good Cop, Dead Cop, which has little to do with Jane Austen or Sherlock Holmes so I have not mentioned it much here. I’m busy fixing a mistake concerning a gun and have to correct both the Kindle version and then the EPUBs, so it may be a few days before I get back to regular posting.
